Shipping & Delivery

Accessories, Cues, Balls & Cloth

Ship via standard parcel carriers. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–7 business days. Free standard shipping on parcel orders over $250. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Billiard, Pyramid & Carom Tables

Tables ship as freight directly from the manufacturer to your address. Because each table is crated and routed individually, shipping is quoted per order rather than charged at a flat rate.

How it works:

  1. Quote. Request a quote from any table page, or place your order and we'll confirm freight cost and lead time before charging you.
  2. Production & transit. Typical lead time is 4–10 weeks depending on model, finish, and factory schedule. We confirm your specific window at order.
  3. Delivery. The carrier contacts you to schedule a curbside delivery appointment. Someone must be present. Curbside means the crate is placed at the end of your driveway or at your loading dock — not carried inside.
  4. Installation. Handled separately by a certified installer from our nationwide network, scheduled after your crate arrives. See below.

Professional Installation

We work with certified installers across the United States. Slate tables require professional assembly and leveling — this is not a DIY job, and self-assembly voids the manufacturer warranty on most models.

Installation is quoted with your table and includes uncrating, frame assembly, slate seating and leveling, cloth fitting, and debris removal. Tell us your ZIP code and we'll confirm coverage and cost.

Before Your Table Arrives

  • Confirm your room meets the minimum clearance for your table size and cue length. Contact us if you're unsure.
  • Ensure a clear path from the curb to the play area.
  • Have the room finished — flooring down, painting complete — before installation day.

Damage & Claims

Inspect all crates before signing the carrier's delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the receipt at the time of delivery. Photograph the crate before opening it. Freight carriers will not honor damage claims filed after a clean signature, so this step matters. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll handle the claim.

Returns

Tables are made to order and are not returnable except for manufacturing defect or transit damage. Parcel items may be returned within 30 days in unused condition.
