RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom orders, special-order items, personalized products, cue tips, chalk, cloth cut to size, gift cards, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
